Beyond Sanity Productions is a small studio located in Fairmont West VirginiaCombining vintage gear with today’s digital technology to provide our clients with the best of both worlds. Vintage sounds with the ease of DAW editing. We try to make our studio a very comfortable environment where you can get some work done. 
Here is some of our philosophy, not that it is revolutionary or the only one, but it’s what we like. We like to mic loud guitar amps, and drums. There are lots of good sounds coming out of processers, loops and MIDI these days, (and we will record this if you wish) but we really like the sound of your actual stuff being recorded. We like to record YOUR instruments, this includes drums. Yes it is probably easier to record our drum kit, plug your guitars into a processor, or make you use an amp that our last client used, but we like to take the time to make your stuff sound the way you want it. 
Lots of our equipment is built/modified by us to provide that unique sound we are looking for. 
Your whole band can record together if you wish, or you can piece the songs together track by track. Sometimes recording the whole band at one time can really capture the energy and help with people who are more comfortable playing live rather than in the studio. We have a matrix mixer for our headphones, so each band member can make their own mix. Combine this with Re-Amping techniques and layering in overdubs later, we can still assure you quality recordings with very little or no “track bleed”. 
There will be no charge for the time it takes to set up your equipment or ours. We also don’t charge you while we are getting sounds. We feel that this is the most important step once you enter the studio and we don’t want this process to be rushed.
